Why are you cast down, O my soul,
and why are you disquieted within me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him,
my help and my God.
In most of today's psalms the perceived source of trouble is God's neglect.
But God is God, reality is reality.
How we respond is our choice.
We are to watch for the good and offer thanks.
There are terribly tough days, but in each day also abides a miracle.
