Psalm 103

Bless the Lord, O you his angels,
you mighty ones who do his bidding,
obedient to his spoken word.
Bless the Lord, all his hosts,
his ministers that do his will.
Bless the Lord, all his works,
in all places of his dominion.
Bless the Lord, O my soul.

The Greek for blessed, as used in the beatitudes, can mean happy.

I don't perceive that meaning in the Hebrew.

While Jesus was often paradoxical, he avoided the oxymoronic:

Happy are those who mourn?

Happy are those who suffer?

What I perceive is a sense of being, specifically being in profound relationship.

Be in profound relationship with That Which Exists, O you angels,

Be in profound relationship with That Which Exists, all who struggle,

Be in profound relationship with That Which Exists, all created things,

Be in profound relationship with That Which Exists, O my soul.
