Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice;

The Hebrew shaphat means to judge, govern, vindicate, punish...
I tend to pray for God to punish others and vindicate me. We will each, I expect, experience a full measure of every aspect of shaphat.
"Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
