Psalm 119

My soul clings to the dust;
revive me according to your word.
When I told of my ways, you answered me;
teach me your statutes.
Make me understand the way of your precepts,
and I will meditate on your wondrous works.
My soul melts away for sorrow;
strengthen me according to your word.

The unbearable lightness of being suggests the heavy burden of working to reach beyond being.

Outside this very moment is sorrow, regret, fear, and fretting.

In this very moment may be pain or joy or fascination, but there is no space left for sorrow or other maladies that come from stepping out of the present.

In this moment there is you and me and God.

This is enough.
