Psalm 34

Come, O children, listen to me;
I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
Which of you desires life,
and covets many days to enjoy good?
Keep your tongue from evil,
and your lips from speaking deceit.
Depart from evil, and do good;
seek peace, and pursue it.

This is how we express reverence for and fear of the Lord:

To live life fully,vibrantly,prosperously,pleasantly,sensuously,and long.

To refrain from unhappy,disagreeable, unpleasant, untruthful and injurious talk.

To reject and avoid unkind, unhappy, distressing, and wicked thoughts.

To do what is beautiful, good, truthful, pleasing, helpful, and productive.

To desire and ardently run after wholeness, fulfillment, friendship, contentment, and tranquility.
