We have escaped like a bird
from the snare of the fowlers;
the snare is broken,
and we have escaped.
Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.
The purpose of the incarnation is to tell us, demonstrate to us, that the snare has been broken - permanently. We have escaped. Do I give thanks and live in accordance with this reality?
