Psalm 138

Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
you preserve me against the wrath of my enemies;
you stretch out your hand,
and your right hand delivers me.
The Lord will fulfil his purpose for me;
your steadfast love, O Lord, endures for ever.
Do not forsake the work of your hands.

I hope the Lord will fulfill his purpose for me.

As I read the Hebrew, that phrase can be read many ways.

The most literal, at least to me, is: That Which Exists completes, perfects, brings to an end through time, space,and partnership.

Less likely, but still possible is: That Which Exists perfects with me.

In any case, may I be a creative collaborator in the work.
