The Lord will fulfil his purpose for me;
your steadfast love, O Lord, endures for ever.
Do not forsake the work of your hands.
יְהוָה, יִגְמֹר בַּעֲדִי: יְהוָה, חַסְדְּךָ לְעוֹלָם; מַעֲשֵׂי יָדֶיךָ אַל-תֶּרֶף.
That Which Exists will complete the context.
That Which Exists is good, kind and self-giving.
Do not forsake powerful acts.
It is not clear if the last is aimed at God or the reader.
