Those who bring thanksgiving as their sacrifice honour me;
to those who set a way
I will show the salvation of God.’
The Hebrew strongly suggests that we are to choose a way.
We are to choose a direction and make a journey.
The implication is that in making the choice and giving thanks we have done our part.
God cannot help the indecisive or the passive or those who complain.
God will guide those who move forward trusting in the love of God.
